that just pushing that button to discover what happens is not enough. If that button appears
the day a product is supposed to ship, then something in the process is broken and must be
fixed. We thus evolve from brute force testing to practicing Quality Assurance, the discipline
of creating a process that provides a
controlled environment that allows the team to find the
biggest issues early in the schedule.
